Hey it's Karl! I have created this to highlight my accomplishments at Resmed. With an almost 4 year tenure I have done a lot, and it has been a blast! At Resmed, I have been an expert communicator, developer, leader, and mentor in both coding and AI.

AI Leadership

Ambassador for AI tools that increased developer productivity starting with a presentation 3 years ago to the org
Performed numerous 1-on-1's to better educate team members on optimal AI usage
Organized an AI contest to encourage LLM usage across teams
Took my own initiative to spearhead and implement Dawn AI in myAir Web, created and demo'd a prototype (which was adopted and is now used today) that eventually inspired its spread to other myAir applications

Mentored countless individuals, including Miguel Pernichi and Yash Shah on NightOwl, whom I met/meet with daily to help improve their impact and skillset.

🤝 Cross-Team Collaboration

Continually working across teams, contributing ideas, committing code, writing documentation, and coaching them on how to resolve problems. Currently assisting Ignite and NightOwl primarily.
